My background is in higher education administration and I have a master’s degree in literature. This means I create a cohesive narrative that opens the door to opportunity by using the story of you and how you got here.

After supporting HR, recruitment, and writing hundreds of resumes, I understand the recruitment process from the ground up. I know what’s working right now, and the language that presents you as an industry insider ready to go to the next level.

When you work with me, you get customized service. If you choose the executive-level package, we work together exclusively and I write all your documents personally. I also project manage, edit, and approve all director-level resumes that are written by my experienced team.

Like many of my clients, I’m a working mom (and dog-mom), and understand what it’s like to juggle family and career. As a natural empath, I’m great in a crisis! Outside of work, I love cooking and baking, Halloween :), writing, and I’m an avid reader. One of my proudest achievements is completing the Second City improv training program. (I was the only woman in my group to see the whole program through!) I live in the Chicago suburbs with my family.
