How Do Outplacement Services Work?

  • 1. Book an Outplacement Appointment

    You’ll share the details of your project, particularly who the candidates are, at what level, and anything I need to know to handle their transitions sensitively. After the call you’ll receive a quote with my recommendations.

  • 2. Handover contact details

    Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll arrange contracts and the deposit. Then I’ll take the project off your hands, contact candidates, arrange appointments, create career docs and provide 1:1 support.

  • 3. Get back to Business As Usual

    You can get back to work with the peace of mind your outgoing employees are being looked after. When the project is complete we’ll meet for a review call, so we’re set up for future projects.

Here at Anna Kate Anderson, we have low overheads so we can keep our costs competitive. We pride ourselves in providing a personal service based on close professional relationships. We are available both for the candidate and the company as long as you need us.
