Spice Up Your Résumé with a Chart to Stand Out

Great résumé tip! 💡 If you're like me and can't remember math formulas because you've committed so much 1990s music video choreography to memory...

you may want to use this 'percent growth calculator' site next time you're updating your résumé.

👉 Sharing percent growth - sometimes alongside raw numbers - is a great way to show your impact on your organization.

Especially if you've grown something from scratch!

I find these particularly helpful when I'm working with marketing, communications (brand growth), sales, and even healthcare, public health, and nonprofit leaders (think program growth.)

If you're a smarty smart pants, you can probably remember that: Percentage Increase = Final Value - Starting Value / Starting Value x 100.

But I'm probably better at Voguing than you. 😉
